Test before you buy

Would you like to buy a sup, but you are not sure if the choice is right? Rent the equipment and test it thoroughly. If it is appropriate, at Wasup we will deduct the cost of the loan up to EUR 100 from the purchase price. The offer is valid for a maximum of 7 days from the day of return!

Rental price?

Don't be afraid of the first price. This applies to a daily rental with which we have the same work as a weekly rental. Weekly soup rental starts at 69 euros!

Enter the pickup and return date and the system will show you which SUP boards are available and the exact prices for that period.

How does the reservation work?

You can pick up the soup in person or we can send it to your home!

Booking is free - you only pay when you pick it up or a week before we send it to you!


To begin, select the date when you would like to pick up and return the equipment. If you need the equipment from Saturday to Saturday, you will need to mark pickup on Friday and return on Monday. However, the prices are set so that you will only pay 1 day more than for a Saturday to Saturday rental.

We can also send sup boards to you if you are not near us. In this case, you have to reserve the sup one more day earlier so that we have time to send it and also allow 1 day for the return (you have to return it to GLS one day before the end of the rental). Shipping and returns are already included! We will try to send the soup to you via GLS a day or so earlier, so that there are no complications with timely delivery.



Then you choose the soup that is available at the desired time. You put it in the basket as in an online store, confirm everything and enter your information. We need all your information because it is automatically transferred to the contract. If this information is not available, the reservation is invalid and you may be left without the desired equipment. Make sure you have the correct identity card number - without it, you will not be able to pick up the ordered equipment.

Confirm everything and you will receive a confirmation of the received reservation by e-mail. If you did not receive the confirmation, check your spam folder and mark that you want to receive our e-mails.

With this, your equipment is guaranteed. Payment is not yet required.


You will receive an e-mail one week before the rental. It will contain basic instructions and a link to payment. If you want to pay in cash, you can do so when you pick it up in person. However, the equipment and contract will not be ready in the future and you may have to wait a little.

If you have decided to send the equipment to your home, you MUST pay by card or Paypal in this step. We will also charge you a security deposit of EUR 100, which we return in full if the equipment is returned on time and in full. Cash on delivery is not possible. If payment is not received 3 days before the start of the rental, the reservation will be canceled and the sup will not be sent.


On the first day of the rental, come to the Wasup showroom at Verovškova ulica 60a in Ljubljana after 12:00, where the reserved equipment will be waiting for you. It can get crowded on Friday afternoons, so be prepared to wait a bit if necessary. If the reservation has already been paid and all your information in the reservation is correct, the equipment will already be waiting for you and we will only need to sign the contract. This will shorten the possible wait.

If picking up on a Friday afternoon is a logistical problem, call 040 867 867 two days before the rental and we will check if the equipment is already available and call for it the day before.


We will try to send you the sup 2 or 3 days before the start of the rental, so that you will definitely receive it on time. If, of course, it will already be available for shipping. We send on the first day of the rental at the latest.

If you are traveling on a Saturday, you MUST book it from Thursday in order to receive it on Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturday . You will also receive the tracking number of the GLS package and it is your job to follow if everything is going normally. If something goes wrong, let us know right away. If it happens that the package is not delivered on time, we will refund your money if you did not cause the problem yourself (if you ordered the package for Friday and there is no one anywhere to collect the package on Friday, then it is not our fault). You can also order collection at work or at GLS collection points (Petrol pumps).


You return the equipment on the last day of the rental by 12 noon. If you want to return it later (e.g. after work), call us on 040 867 867. If the equipment has not already been reserved, we will no problem approve your return until the end of working hours.

If we have sent you the equipment, you will already receive a return shipping label in the package. You must pack the soup back in the same carton in which you received it and put the sent label on it. You must submit the package equipped in this way to GLS one working day BEFORE the end of the rental. GLS can collect the package from your home, but you must notify them 1 working day before collection (if you are returning on a Monday, you must notify them already on Friday!). It is even easier if you leave the package with the sticker at their pick-up point (e.g. Petrol). If you submit, for example, already on Saturday or Sunday when you return from vacation, it is considered as if it was submitted on Monday! Save the submission receipt. We will, of course, cover any delay by GLS in the return. We will only expect a confirmation from you that you submitted it 1 working day before the end of the lease.

The late fee is 30 euros per day.

If you are late for more than 5 days without an agreement, it is considered theft/fraud and we file a police report.


If you have changed your mind after making the reservation, be sure to let us know at least 3 days before the start of the rental and we will cancel everything without any costs.

If you had to interrupt your vacation, you can of course return the equipment early. However, we do not refund the money! But we can agree on some free weekend rental, if the equipment is available.

If you have realized that you might want to extend the lease, let us know a day or so before the end of the lease. If the equipment is not already reserved, we will be happy to accommodate you.

If you do not pick up the reserved equipment, we have the right to charge and collect the full rent together with late payment interest and collection costs.
