Dry suit

A dry suit seals all possible ingress of water. We can have any number of thermal layers under it. It is the only real choice for winter, as neoprene is too cold in the cold. However, if we wear something warmer over it, it can present us with problems if we fall into the water. Only a dry suit will protect us completely.
