Ecobike X-City is a comfortable and well-equipped electric city bike designed for everyday commuting, trips to work, daily errands and relaxed leisure rides. It combines a reliable Bafang electric drive system, a comfortable riding position, quality Shimano components and practical equipment for everyday use. 🚲
Although primarily designed for urban riding, the X-City is equally at home on park paths, riverside routes and maintained trails outside the city. Its comfortable geometry, suspension and 28-inch wheels make it suitable for both daily transport and longer recreational rides.
250 W Bafang motor – smooth and natural assistance
Electric assistance is provided by a Bafang SWX02-D rear-wheel motor delivering 250 W of power and 45 Nm of torque.
The motor provides smooth and predictable assistance when starting, riding through the city and tackling inclines. Electric assistance is provided up to 25 km/h in accordance with the European EN 15194 standard.
Up to 630 Wh battery and up to 140 km range 🔋
The X-City uses a 36 V Li-ion battery with EVE cells. Depending on the version, battery capacity is 504 or 630 Wh, with a declared maximum range of up to 140 km.
Actual range depends on the selected assistance level, rider weight, terrain, weather conditions, temperature, tyre pressure and riding style.
Bafang colour LCD display
The intuitive Bafang DP C080 colour LCD display makes it easy to control the assistance system and monitor important riding information.
The system is also compatible with the Bafang GO app, providing additional connected functions and ride information via smartphone. 📱
Comfortable aluminium frame and 28-inch wheels
The hydroformed aluminium frame is available in 17" and 19" sizes and is designed to provide a comfortable riding position for urban and recreational use.
A SunTour NEX-E25 suspension fork with 63 mm of travel helps absorb uneven surfaces on rougher roads and maintained paths.
The 28-inch wheels feature reinforced three-chamber rims and Sapim spokes, providing a stable and dependable platform for everyday riding.
Shimano hydraulic brakes and 8-speed drivetrain
Reliable stopping performance is provided by Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes, delivering smooth and controlled braking.
The 8-speed drivetrain uses Shimano Acera and Shimano Altus components together with a Sunrace 13–32T freewheel, providing a practical gear range for city riding, flat roads and moderate climbs.

It is equipped with a Herrmans FL-26 CL3 front light and Spanninga GLOW STOP rear light. The rear light features an Emergency Stop-Light function that increases visibility during braking and helps alert other road users.
The rear rack uses the practical MIK mounting system, making it easy to attach compatible panniers, baskets and other accessories.

Only charge the battery using a compatible charger approved by the manufacturer. Do not open, modify or expose the battery to fire, extreme temperatures or physical damage.
After a significant impact or fall involving the bicycle or battery, have the product inspected by a qualified professional before further use. Do not modify the electrical system, motor or speed limitation.
Always comply with applicable road traffic regulations and do not exceed the bicycle's maximum permitted load.
