A set of quality bar weights. The 140 cm long pole is covered in rubber to protect the shoulder and hands. Iron discs have holes so they can also be used as individual weights. The total weight of the set is 20 kg. The possible weight of the rod is 40 kg. Additional discs are sold separately (Additional discs ) .
