Description
The door bar is intended mainly for training the muscles of the upper body. You can watch some exercises in the video below.
- You need to attach the bracket to the door frame with screws, where you then place the rod.
- The pole can be extended to 66-91cm.
- The maximum weight of the user is 130 kg (the pole can withstand this much, we do not guarantee the door :).
