The Gymstick Active 10kg Vinyl Dumbbell Set is a practical adjustable weight set designed for effective strength training at home or in the gym.
The removable weight plates allow you to adjust the resistance according to the exercise and your individual training level.
It is suitable for training the arms, shoulders, chest, back and many other muscle groups.
Vinyl weight plates
The set includes four 2.5kg vinyl weight plates.
The vinyl surface makes the plates practical for home training and helps reduce direct contact between the hard weight plates and the floor.
Ergonomic handle
The dumbbell features a 360mm long handle with a 25mm diameter, providing a secure and comfortable grip during exercise.
Its compact design is suitable for a wide variety of classic dumbbell exercises.
Easy weight adjustment
The plates are secured to the handle using two spring collars.
This system makes it quick and easy to add or remove weight plates and adjust the resistance between exercises.
