The Power Band is an extremely durable closed-loop elastic band designed for intense strength and mobility training. Thanks to its high resistance and long lifespan, it is an excellent choice for functional workouts, warm-ups, rehabilitation, and speed or explosive power training.
Its elasticity allows safe stretching up to 250% of the original length, enabling a wide range of exercises – from strengthening the arms, shoulders, back, and core to acceleration drills, jumps, and plyometric movements. The band measures 104 cm in loop length (208 cm total) and is made of high-quality latex, providing smooth and consistent resistance during training.
