Does the pump work at the same efficiency when it is plugged into 12V power vs when working off the internal battery?
The inflation time is different. When using a 12 V power supply, the inflation time is 9 minutes, and when using a battery, the time is 4 minutes. Please kindly note that the time may have a few changes depending on the paddleboard size.
How can I tell when the SHARK 3 Rechargeable Electric SUP Pump is fully charged?
When the SHARK 3 Rechargeable Electric SUP Pump is not fully charged, its lights will blink. Once fully charged, all four corner lights will stay on steadily without blinking. Each corner light represents 25% of the battery level.
Why is the SHARK 3 Rechargeable Electric SUP Pump not fully charged even after charging overnight?
It could be due to insufficient power from the charger. We recommend using a 45W charger to charge the device.
Why does the Shark 3 show E5?
E5 indicates that the battery temperature is too high and needs to cool down. Please allow the pump to cool before using it again.
