Shipping

We send the ordered goods via Pošta Slovenija, GLS or DPD.

Orders received by 12 noon, we mostly ship the same day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or during holidays are shipped the next business day. As a rule, delivery is 1 working day after dispatch. However, delays are always possible at times when delivery services are overburdened. If you do not receive the shipment within a week, just call us. For deliveries outside Slovenia, we use GLS courier service. It takes 3-7 days to reach most EU customers.

As a rule, we have all items in stock in our own warehouse. If we offer items that our suppliers have in stock, this is clearly marked. Such items are naturally shipped as soon as we receive them. We will let you know the estimated delivery date. In case of problems with the stock (sometimes the physical count in the warehouse does not match the computer data), we will notify you immediately.

For orders with a total value of up to EUR 50.00, you will be charged a flat shipping cost of EUR 3.99. For shipments of greater value, we do not charge shipping costs. Shipments to other countries cost 8 EUR per delivery.

You can also pick up your order in person at the warehouse during the warehouse's working hours, if you so chose when placing the order. Please check that we are open before arriving. Especially in winter, our showroom is mostly closed and an agreement is required for collection. Collection on Saturday, Sunday or during holidays is not possible.

Possible payments:

  • Credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Diners
  • Cash on delivery (only in Slovenia)
  • Cash in Advance.
  • Payment by card or cash upon personal collection (in this case you can also pay with a Diners card).
  • With the Diners card, you can choose to pay in installments. However, this is only possible in the showroom. Unfortunately, not with online payment.

If you don't like what you bought, you can, of course, return the product to us and we'll refund your money immediately. Please just take care of the packaging when opening so that you can return the same as you received.
